Tim R. Davidson

I am a PhD researcher at EPFL working on fundamental machine learning for real-world applications (reliable magic!). I hold degrees from New York University and the University of Amsterdam in Mathematics, Theoretical Economics, and Artificial Intelligence.

I recently finished an internship at Google, exploring the use of agentic systems to generate explainable and controllable synthetic data at scale. Before starting my PhD, I worked on various startups on the intersection of machine learning and data fusion.
